India's technology economy is expanding rapidly, but one question remains important: Will young people outside the country's biggest cities get an equal opportunity to participate in it? A new nationwide initiative involving the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Cultus Education and Amazon Web Services (AWS)  is attempting to address that challenge.
